What counts as an Agency Partner workstream?
One clearly defined problem or outcome with a clear finish line. “Diagnose and resolve Client A’s indexation problem” is a workstream. “Handle Client A’s technical SEO” isn’t; we’d scope that into defined pieces first.
Can the three workstreams be different capabilities?
Yes. That is one of the core benefits. Technical SEO, WordPress, and Local SEO one month; Website Performance, SEO Strategy, and AI Search Visibility the next. The capacity follows the problem, not a fixed service menu.
Can the workstreams be used across different clients?
Yes, across up to three client accounts per month. If your agency needs coverage across more accounts, we can talk through what that looks like during scoping.
What happens if we need more than three workstreams?
Additional workstreams are $1,100 each for Agency Partners. If a problem is materially larger than a single workstream, we flag it before starting and scope it as a Project Sprint instead.

Do you communicate directly with our clients?
By default, no. We work through your team, and nothing we deliver carries Ghostworx branding unless you want it to. Direct client involvement happens only when you specifically request it.
