WHITE-LABEL TECHNICAL SEO FOR AGENCIES

Technical SEO services for agencies that need more than an audit.

Ghostworx helps agencies diagnose and solve the technical problems that get between client websites and organic visibility. Crawling, indexing, migrations, canonicalization, JavaScript, structured data, ranking losses, and the weird issues that don't fit neatly into a checklist.

We don't hand over a 50-page crawl export and wish you luck. We find what's actually wrong, prioritize what matters, and help implement the fix behind your brand.

WHAT AGENCIES BRING US

When agencies bring us technical SEO.

Usually the team already knows something is wrong. What they need is someone senior enough to find out what, and technical enough to fix it.

>_"Traffic dropped after a redesign."
>_"Google won’t index pages that matter."
>_"We’re migrating a site and don’t want surprises."
>_"Our crawl report has 2,000 issues and nobody knows which ones actually matter."
>_"Google is choosing the wrong canonicals."
>_"We know something technical is wrong. We just don’t know what."

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Find the cause, not just the symptoms.

Six areas of technical SEO work, covering robots directives, XML sitemaps, HTTP status codes, crawl depth, internal linking, and site architecture along the way. Scoped as workstreams, delivered white-label.

01

Crawlability & Indexation

Robots directives, sitemaps, indexability, crawl paths, orphaned pages, index bloat, and figuring out why important URLs aren't making it into search.

Robots.txt · XML Sitemaps · Crawl Depth · Index Bloat

02

Ranking-Loss Investigations

Technical forensics after redesigns, launches, migrations, platform changes, or unexplained visibility declines. We find what changed and what it broke.

Forensics · Change Analysis · Search Console · Log Review

03

Migrations & Redirects

URL mapping, redirect strategy, HTTP status validation, launch QA, crawl validation, and post-migration monitoring so a relaunch doesn't become a recovery project.

URL Mapping · 301 Strategy · Launch QA · Post-Launch Monitoring

04

Canonicals & Duplicate Content

Conflicting canonical signals, duplicate URLs, parameters, pagination, indexation control, and consolidating equity where it belongs.

Canonicalization · Parameters · Pagination · Consolidation

05

JavaScript & Rendering

Diagnosing content, links, functionality, or metadata that search engines aren't reliably rendering or discovering, and deciding what to fix in the code.

Rendering · Client-Side Content · Link Discovery · Metadata

06

Structured Data & Technical Signals

Schema implementation and validation, technical markup, internal linking, and the architectural signals search engines use to interpret important pages.

Schema · Validation · Internal Linking · Site Architecture

HOW WE DIAGNOSE

Diagnose first. Prioritize second. Fix what matters.

An automated audit can flag everything that's technically imperfect. Senior technical SEO work identifies the issues actually costing your client visibility, prioritizes them, and fixes what matters.

01

Investigate

Reproduce the issue, collect the right data, crawl the site, and understand what changed.

02

Isolate

Separate symptoms from causes and determine what is actually affecting crawling, indexing, or visibility.

03

Prioritize

Distinguish important problems from technically "incorrect" things that aren't worth your client's time.

04

Fix & Validate

Implement where appropriate, work alongside your team where necessary, then recrawl and verify the result.

PROOF

A redesign tanked organic search visibility.

A redesign introduced indexation and redirect failures that caused important organic landing pages to fall out of Google's index. Impressions dropped within days of launch.

We isolated the technical causes, corrected the implementation, and verified the affected pages were being indexed again. The chart shows the recovery.

Redirect map audited against pre-launch URLs
Indexation blockers removed and canonicals corrected
Recrawl requested and recovery validated in Search Console
GOOGLE SEARCH CONSOLE · WEEKLY IMPRESSIONS · CLIENT DETAILS REMOVED

WHERE WE WORK

We work where the problem lives.

Technical SEO problems aren't always fixed inside an SEO tool. The cause is often in the CMS, the hosting stack, the caching layer, or the code.

The exact stack matters less than getting access to the thing that's actually causing the problem. We're comfortable in all of it.

Google Search Console
GA4 & tag implementations
Screaming Frog
Semrush & Ahrefs
WordPress & other CMSs
Hosting environments
CDN & caching layers
DNS
Staging sites
The site's code itself

FAQ

Fair questions.

What agencies ask before handing us a technical SEO problem.

What is included in technical SEO services?

Diagnosis and resolution of the technical issues affecting how search engines crawl, render, index, and interpret a website: crawlability, indexation, redirects and migrations, canonicalization, JavaScript rendering, structured data, and site architecture. Each engagement is scoped as a defined workstream with a clear outcome.

Do you only provide an audit, or can you implement the fixes?

Both. Where implementation is reasonable within the workstream, we do the work directly in the CMS, hosting environment, or code. Where a fix needs your developer or the client's, we hand over exact, prioritized instructions and validate the result.

Can you help with a website migration or redesign?

Yes. Pre-launch URL mapping and redirect architecture, staging QA, launch-day checks, and post-launch crawl monitoring. If a launch has already gone wrong, ranking-loss investigation and recovery is one of the most common problems we take on.

What access do you usually need?

Typically Google Search Console, analytics, and a crawl of the site to start. For implementation, CMS admin access, and sometimes hosting, CDN, or staging access. We work inside your accounts or your client's, under your team's name.

What's the difference between Technical SEO and Website Performance?

Technical SEO is about whether search engines can crawl, render, index, and understand the site. Website Performance is about how fast the site loads and responds for users, including Core Web Vitals. They overlap, and we handle both, but they're scoped as separate workstreams because the diagnosis and fixes are different.

Know something technical is wrong?

Ranking loss, indexation problem, migration coming up, or a crawl report nobody can act on? Send it over. We'll tell you what's actually happening and what to do about it.

Hard problems. Quietly handled.
