WHAT AGENCIES BRING US

When the client asks, “What are we doing about AI search?”

Usually the agency already knows AI-powered discovery matters. The harder question is what should actually change, what is hype, and how to turn it into a strategy you can defend to a client.

>_"Our client keeps asking why competitors show up in AI answers and they don’t."
>_"We rank well in Google, but we’re barely mentioned in AI search."
>_"We need an AI visibility strategy that isn’t just another content checklist."
>_"Everyone is talking about AEO and GEO and nobody agrees on what it means."
>_"We need to know whether our existing content is useful to AI-powered search."
>_"The client wants reporting on AI visibility, not another vague trend presentation."

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Make the brand easier to find, understand, and use as a source.

AI search optimization is not one tactic. It combines search visibility, technical accessibility, clear brand and entity information, useful content, and enough original expertise to give search systems something worth retrieving.

01

AI Visibility & Opportunity Analysis

Establish where the client currently appears across AI-powered search, which high-value questions and topics matter, where competitors are being surfaced, and where meaningful gaps exist.

AI Visibility · Query Mapping · Competitors · Opportunity Analysis

02

Entity & Brand Clarity

Strengthen how the site communicates the business, services, people, locations, expertise, and the relationships between them. Clarity and consistency, not a magic ranking factor.

Entities · Brand Signals · Organization · Service Clarity

03

Content & Information Architecture

Organize high-value topics, service expertise, supporting resources, and internal links so useful information can be found and understood across both traditional and AI-powered discovery.

Content Architecture · Internal Linking · Topic Coverage · Information Design

04

Expert-Led, Non-Commodity Content

Identify where original experience, examples, research, proof, comparisons, data, and point of view can make client content useful instead of interchangeable with what AI can already generate.

Original Insight · Expertise · Evidence · First-Party Content

05

Technical Discoverability & Structured Signals

Make sure important content is crawlable, indexable, internally connected, and supported with structured data where it already makes sense for search. There is no special "AI schema."

06

AI Visibility Measurement & Reporting

Track changes in AI-powered discovery using Google Search Console's Generative AI performance report, referral traffic, cited appearances, monitored query sets, and platform-specific visibility signals.

HOW WE BUILD AI VISIBILITY

Map the questions. Strengthen the sources. Measure what changes.

AI answers vary by model, context, wording, and time. We don't promise deterministic rankings inside ChatGPT. We make the client a better source and track how discovery changes.

01

Map

Identify the buyer questions, service topics, comparisons, decisions, and informational needs where AI-powered discovery actually matters.

02

Audit

Review existing organic visibility, AI appearances, brand and entity clarity, technical access, content coverage, expertise signals, and gaps.

03

Strengthen

Improve the content, structure, internal relationships, technical foundations, and source material that make the client’s expertise easier to retrieve and use.

04

Measure & Adapt

Track discovery over time, compare platforms and query sets, watch Search Console and referral behavior, and adjust as the search experiences evolve.

PROOF

From "we should do something about AI" to a real plan.

The client had strong traditional search visibility but no structured view of where AI-powered discovery mattered, which questions deserved attention, or what actually needed to change.

We mapped high-value query themes, compared current visibility across search experiences, identified source and content gaps, and turned the findings into a prioritized AI visibility roadmap.

WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS

AI search is changing. SEO did not stop mattering.

AI-powered search experiences still need discoverable, understandable, useful source material. Strong technical SEO, clear information architecture, original expertise, accurate business information, and genuine authority still matter.

The interface changed. The need to become a useful source did not.

FAQ

Fair questions.

What agencies ask before handing us an AI search question.

What is included in AI search optimization services?

Visibility analysis across AI-powered search experiences, high-value query mapping, entity and brand clarity, content and information architecture, expert-led content strategy, technical discoverability with structured data where appropriate, and ongoing measurement. Each engagement is a defined workstream delivered behind your agency's brand.

Is this the same as AEO, GEO, or AI SEO?

Mostly overlapping labels. AEO usually means Answer Engine Optimization and GEO means Generative Engine Optimization. We use AI Search Visibility because the goal is clearer: helping useful client information get discovered across AI-powered search while staying grounded in strong SEO. Google's guidance treats visibility in generative AI Search as an extension of established SEO fundamentals, not a replacement for them.

Can you guarantee that a client will appear in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or AI Overviews?

No. Answers change by model, user context, query wording, and time, and each platform uses different systems. Anyone guaranteeing placement is selling something other than strategy. We make the client a materially better source and measure how discovery changes.

Do we need llms.txt or special AI schema?

Not for Google Search. Google has said it does not use llms.txt and that no special structured data is required for its generative AI features. Normal structured data still helps where it already applies. Other systems may adopt their own standards over time, and we evaluate those as they become meaningful rather than in advance.

How do you measure AI search visibility?

Google Search Console's Generative AI performance report, referral traffic from AI platforms, cited and source appearances, tracked query sets across platforms, and downstream leads or conversions where measurable. There is no universal "position 3 in ChatGPT" metric, so we report trends across a defined set of questions rather than a single rank.

Is traditional SEO still relevant for AI search?

Yes. Google's generative Search experiences are rooted in its core Search ranking and quality systems and retrieve information from the Search index, so crawlability, indexation, useful content, and clear site structure remain directly relevant. Other AI systems also depend heavily on what they can retrieve and understand from the open web.

Client asking what you're doing about AI search?

AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, AEO, GEO, or a competitor suddenly showing up everywhere? Send it over. We'll separate what matters from what doesn't.

Hard problems. Quietly handled.
