WHITE-LABEL SEO STRATEGY FOR AGENCIES
SEO strategy consulting for agencies that need a plan they can actually execute.
Ghostworx turns messy search data, client goals, competitive gaps, and existing content into a prioritized SEO plan. Keyword research, opportunity analysis, content architecture, internal linking, on-page strategy, and roadmaps built around what the client can realistically win.
No giant keyword dump. No 50-page strategy deck that dies in Drive. We make the decisions, explain the reasoning, and give your team a clear next move.
WHAT AGENCIES BRING US
When the team can execute, but the plan isn't clear.
Most agency teams can update a title tag or publish another page. The harder question is what deserves to happen next, and why.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Turn the research into decisions.
Good SEO strategy isn't the biggest spreadsheet or the longest list of recommendations. It's deciding where the opportunity is, what matters first, and how the pieces fit together into work your team can actually execute.

HOW WE BUILD STRATEGY
Research broadly. Prioritize ruthlessly. Build for execution.
There are a hundred things a client could do for SEO. The job is deciding which ones they should do, in what order, and why.
Frame
Understand the client’s business, services, markets, existing performance, goals, constraints, and what the agency can realistically execute.
Research
Study search demand, competitors, SERPs, existing content, Search Console data, analytics, and site architecture.
Prioritize
Separate interesting opportunities from valuable ones. Balance potential impact, business relevance, difficulty, dependencies, and effort.
Turn It Into a Plan
A roadmap with clear priorities, page targets, content needs, internal links, dependencies, and next steps your team can start on Monday.
PROOF
Hundreds of opportunities. One prioritized roadmap.
The client had years of content, keyword research, and unfinished SEO ideas, but no clear order of operations.
We mapped existing coverage against search demand, competitive gaps, business value, and current authority. Then we turned the opportunities into a prioritized roadmap the agency could execute month by month.
WHERE STRATEGY COMES FROM
Strategy starts in the data. It doesn't end there.
The highest-volume keyword isn't automatically the best opportunity. SEO strategy has to account for the client's business, existing authority, competition, site structure, resources, and what the agency can realistically execute.
We use the data to make better decisions, not to replace them.
WHITE-LABEL DELIVERY
Your SEO strategy. Our name nowhere.
Ghostworx works behind your agency by default. Research, strategy, roadmaps, documentation, and implementation support are delivered so your team can confidently own the client relationship.
We're not selling a keyword dump.
SEO strategy isn't a bigger spreadsheet. The value is knowing which opportunities matter, how they fit together, and what should actually happen next.

FAQ
Fair questions.
What agencies ask before handing us a strategy problem.
What is included in SEO strategy consulting?
Keyword and competitive research, opportunity analysis and prioritization, content strategy and topic architecture, site architecture and internal linking, on-page strategy, and prioritized SEO roadmaps, depending on the scope. Each engagement is a defined workstream with a clear deliverable your team can act on.
Do you execute the strategy or only provide recommendations?
Both, within reason. Where implementation fits inside the workstream, such as on-page changes, internal linking, or architecture updates, we do it. Broader execution like ongoing content production is usually handled by your team, or scoped separately as additional workstreams or a Project Sprint.
Can you work with our existing SEO team or writers?
Yes. That's the most common setup. We build the strategy, define the targets and priorities, and hand your team a plan they can execute. We're available to review, adjust, and answer questions as the work moves.
Can you build a strategy for an existing SEO program?
Yes. Most engagements aren't greenfield. The value is often figuring out what should happen next after years of accumulated content, keyword research, and partial SEO work, and turning that into a clear order of operations.
How do you decide which SEO opportunities to prioritize?
Business relevance, search opportunity, intent, the site's current authority, competition, dependencies, effort, and what the client and your team can realistically execute. High volume alone never makes something a priority.
What's the difference between SEO Strategy and Technical SEO?
SEO Strategy decides where the organic program should go and what to prioritize. Technical SEO diagnoses issues affecting crawling, rendering, indexing, migrations, and how search engines interpret the site. They overlap when technical constraints affect the roadmap, and we scope the work to whichever the problem actually is.
Got plenty of SEO data and no clear next move?
Keyword dump, random content calendar, stalled roadmap, or a client asking what comes next? Send it over.
Hard problems. Quietly handled.
