Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of ghostworx.co and our text messages. Ghostworx is operated by Justin Grimm as a sole proprietorship based in Washington State (“Ghostworx,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Our services are covered by a signed agreement

Ghostworx provides IT services only under a written quote and service agreement that both of us accept. These website terms don’t govern our services.

  • Service descriptions and prices on this site are general information, not an offer. Your quote and agreement set what’s included, the final price and any taxes that apply.
  • We may change the services and prices shown on the site at any time. Changes don’t affect a quote or agreement you’ve already accepted.
  • If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the agreement controls.

Quote requests

Sending a quote request doesn’t create an agreement or obligation for either of us. Please don’t include passwords, customer records or other sensitive information in the form, by email or by text. If we work together, we’ll arrange the access we need as part of onboarding.

Texts

If you agree to texts on our quote form, or otherwise ask us to text you, Ghostworx may text you about your request and your IT support, such as replies, scheduling and updates on support requests. We don’t send marketing texts without your separate consent.

  • Message frequency varies with your requests.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. You may get one final message confirming you’ve opted out.
  • Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@ghostworx.co or (253) 893-6160.
  • Agreeing to texts isn’t a condition of getting a quote or buying services.
  • Mobile carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • How we handle your number and opt-in is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don’t:

  • Try to get unauthorized access to the site or our systems
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with how the site works
  • Scrape or copy substantial parts of the site for commercial use
  • Send spam through our forms, or impersonate anyone

We may block access if we believe the site is being misused.

Content and trademarks

The site’s text, design and logo belong to Ghostworx. Stock photos are used under their licenses. Other product names, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, JobTread, Buildertrend, Jobber and Projul, are trademarks of their owners, and Ghostworx isn’t affiliated with them.

Information, not advice

Service descriptions, examples and prices on this site are general information. They aren’t technical, security, legal or tax advice for your situation, and the price estimator gives an estimate, not a quote.

Links to other sites

The site links to websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No warranties for the website

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the site will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability for the website

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ghostworx isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section covers the website only. Liability for services is set by your signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be heard in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you and Ghostworx consent to those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply from that date and don’t affect any agreement you’ve already signed.
